messaged for a quote on a holiday weekend and got a reply within an hour; even at 10pm they emailed me back to set up my appointment. tech called on day of appointment to say he was available earlier if that was convenient for me. arrived exactly when they said they would, provided excellent service (dryer vent cleanout). excellent experience and would highly recommend
It was so easy to get a quote and book online. The price was great. Billy was very professional and friendly. The amount of lint he removed from the dryer vent was scary. The dryer is much more efficient now but more importantly is the piece of mind we have knowing there is no fire hazard. Everyone with a dryer should have this done. We’ll see you next year!!!
A new small business providing top quality and friendly service. I easily booked cleaning for my vents online and the owner came out to do the work on time. Russ not only provided professional service, he provided valuable insight on the importance of proper cleaning and care for your venting. He gave recommendations on using proper adhesive to join ducting and showed me how to replace vent covers. During the cleaning there was a portion of vent that was misaligned in the celling, we were able to replace this with minimal damage to the celling while securing it in place. Top notch.
I just had my dryer vent cleaned and I am more than pleased with the service! I only heard of this company a few days ago by seeing a random post on FB and thought I would check it out, and I am very happy that I did! The entire process, from first reaching out for a quote to setting up an appointment and having Russell come in for the cleaning was quick and easy. And getting the regular text notices of my appointment reminder is also a bonus…even one to let me know he would be at the house in 20 mins. He was very friendly and let me hang out to watch the entire process, showing me the before and after pictures and keeping me well-informed throughout the whole thing. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone as it really puts my mind at ease knowing that I have now taken care of what could have been a fire hazard. Thanks Russell!

We had Russell and Darren come by to clean our dryer. We had no clue, until they showed us the pictures, what can build up in there! So grateful that it’s now clean and I no longer have to worry about a fire. The fact that the dryer is functioning better is a big bonus too! Job well done guys… I would recommend them for sure! I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Russell is so friendly and so good at his job! I had a gut feeling that our dryer vent needed to be cleaned out, but we were NOT prepared for what came out of it! Not only did a ton of lint come out of the vent but a PLASTIC BASEBALL BAT!! Yes. You read that right. A baseball bat! 😳 god only knows how that got in there and how long it’s been there (I’m in this house 11 years and this is the first time I’ve had the dryer vent cleaned). We will 100% be having this done yearly from now on by Russell and his crew – so incredible to deal with, easy to book an appointment, great prices, very professional and on time! I will be telling everyone about this company and this service! 👍🏻 HIGHLY recommended!
